Research has found that 85% of Indian students consider career counselling is important but only 35% student get this opportunity in their school. Maximum students are either completely ignorant or having very little information about available career choices. Awareness about these careers & the subject combinations to pursue them are very important before a student selects his/her Stream either in grade IX or after grade X.
