From the very first session Shibani ma’am demonstrated her expertise and a person who has a genuine P passion for helping students navigate their careers. When I first came to her I lacked knowledge and the confidence to make a choice which changed with her amazing psychometric test. The test she makes us takes not only makes us understand ourselves on a more deeper and personal level but also clears paths for us. Usually every test only picks out our faults but this one teaches how to improve upon our faults as well! She was consistent and had amazing listening skills which were followed up by thought provoking questions, instead of deciding a choice for you she makes us understand stuff and then guides us in a way that we are in charge of our choices. By the end of her session I gained clarity, knowledge and have discovered my passions and interests which were unknown to me initially. One thing that sets madam apart is her customisation to the requirements of each student. After a session with my friend I expected the same coaching for me but was surprised when it was very different from I expected. It has been a fun journey with her and would recommend others to take it as well. I am sure she will help many more young students like me and help them reach new heights!
